Using assessing tools to look at the body from all angles, Taylor Made Coaching targets imbalances that could be slowing you down or have you injured and out of action. We have completed extensive study with the CHEK Institute; gained invaluable knowledge from experts such as Jan Carton, Nam Baldwin, and Ido Portal; and have attended extensive workshops with Paul Chek. Along with this extensive knowledge, TMC integrates their own personal experience from being one of Australia’s top Triathletes.
