Taylor Made Coaching provides end stage rehabilitation programs, targeting health on a holistic level to manage injuries or pain. After a full body assessment, a personal program will be created to target not just the specific injury or pain, but every aspect of the client’s health. Clients will be enlightened as to how they can be pain free by looking at their injuries on a holistic level – not just the source of pain.

Prior to attending to the isolated injury it is imperative that the following areas are studied:

  • Hydration

  • Nutrition

  • Exercise and movement

  • Sleep
